Here at Tiny 3d Temples, we operate over 100 - 3D printers of different sizes and designs. We’ve learned a thing or 30 about 3d printing. We are excited to share our experiences with the next up-and-coming generation that will be building the future.
We mapped out an exciting week program that will teach all you need to know to start 3d printing. We have awesome projects and contests that familiarize each participant with their printer and software.
The camp is completely hands-on from choosing/designing 3d prints and operating the 3d printers and working with the 3d printed projects when complete. We will operate in a team environment that will forge friendships and develop social skills.

Camp Director: Brad McGary
Brad received his Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from BYU-Idaho (2009) and Master in Mechanical engineering from the University of Idaho (2011). Brad is proficient in Solidworks, Fusion 360, and Unigraphics solid modeling software. He started 3D printing 6 years ago and started Tiny 3D Temples shortly after that. He now operates their two businesses Tiny 3d Temples and Latter-Daisy from their local shop in Rexburg, Idaho. He has a passion for designing and developing new creations and constantly seeking new tools and skills to evolve his creative capabilities.
Curriculum Development: David Love
David Love received his bachelor's from BYU-Idaho (2013) and started East Idaho's largest music academy; Love Family Piano. David has 10+ years of experience in developing interactive and entertaining music education for students of all ages. He joined Tiny 3D Temples when it was first starting as Chief Marketing Officer and helped bring our two stores to where they are today. David has a passion for inspiring the younger generation to develop their unique gifts.
The shop houses 100+ printers along with 3 laser cutters/printers, 2 laser engraving machines, and a woodshop.
To get to know our students better we provide a pre-camp survey that is a simple document that asks about the participant's interest, expectations, and any special needs for the camp. This survey will be emailed to you after the camp is purchased.
Need Help Assembling your printer
*Those purchasing a 3D printer will be in charge of assembling their 3D printer prior to attending class. It could take 1-2 hours to assemble their printer. If you would like assistance assembling the printer with one of our staff members You can contact us to schedule an appointment prior to the camp. We will help you assemble and level the bed for the first print. The instructions are pretty straight forward and most should be able to assemble without issue if you decide to attempt this on your own. The assembly appointment will be $12 regardless of the amount of time required to assemble.
General Camp Policy
By purchasing a camp package you agree to follow the attendance and cancellation policy
Attendance- Camp Tuition is based on enrollment and will not be reimbursed or refunded for days not attended. We encourage you to attend all sessions to get the most out of the camp and maximize FUN!
Cancellation - We have limited seats and we want to make this camp available to as many participants as can attend. Cancellation can be made up to the 4th of June for a $15 Cancellation fee*. Cancellations after this date are nonrefundable. We are unable to refund the purchased 3D printer as part of Package 1: The Ultimate 3D Package.
COVID-19 precautions - We provide a clean environment with hand sanitizer available. We encourage our staff and participants to clean their hands regularly. Face masks are not required.
Advanced Training in Modeling/ 3D Printing.
For those interested in advanced training and tutoring in 3d modeling and printing, please contact us and we will evaluate each request and determine if an advanced course can be offered or personal tutoring can be scheduled.
