Whether you hold a microscopic replica on a microchip, a gorgeous tiny 3D model from our collection, or the actual temple recommend that grants you entrance, the true value lies in the symbol it represents.
Here at Tiny 3D Temples, our mission is to bring the peace, beauty, and eternal reminder of the temple into your home. We pour our hearts into every miniature replica, knowing that each temple spire stands as a beacon of your faith.
That’s why we couldn't help but smile when we saw the incredible news coming out of Brigham Young University!
BYU electrical engineering professor Greg Nordin and student Callum Galloway designed and 3D-printed 150 microscopic replicas of the House of the Lord to celebrate the Brigham Young University's 150th anniversary. The microscopic 3D treasures measure about 1 x 0.5 x 0.3 millimeters, approximately the size of a poppy seed! They chose 150 different temple floor plans, laying them out on a single 12-by-19-millimeter microchip.
Honestly, our first thought was: We’re not the tiniest temples anymore? 😅
While the physical dimensions of a temple can range from microscopic replicas to majestic spires, the spiritual magnitude of God’s house is immeasurable. The size of the building doesn't matter; what matters is the covenant path that leads inside and the blessings found there.
The Temple: A Place of Peace and, Power
The power of the temple comes from the sacred ordinances and covenants we make with God. Faithfully keeping these covenants can help us make it back to Him. As we strive to live worthy to hold a current temple recommend, we must also make the necessary efforts and sacrifices to be ready when our circumstances allow us to go to the temple and perform ordinances for our own ancestors.
President Russell M. Nelson has promised specific, powerful blessings to those who devote time to the House of the Lord:

Our focus on the temple is a focus on becoming more like the Savior. It is where we prepare to live in God's presence forever. In his April 2011 General Conference talk, President Dallin H. Oaks taught:
"... desires dictate our priorities, priorities shape our choices, and choices determine our actions"
May we let our desire for the blessings of the temple dictate the daily, righteous choices we make.
We pray that your Tiny 3D Temple model, whether it’s a desktop piece or a keepsake ornament, serve as a gentle, daily reminder that the power of the temple is real and accessible to all who live worthy to enter.
