Shipping time varies seasonally and is calculated at checkout.

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost varies depending on your subtotal. Exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout before completing your purchase. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for store credit.

Items received as gifts can be returned within 30 days of receipt for store credit.

Please note that returned items must be in original condition, and complete with all packaging, tags, and instructions intact. We cannot accept returns on custom or personalized orders.

You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with your return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few (3-5) business days.

What if my product arrives damaged?

We package all orders carefully by hand to ensure your items arrive in tip-top condition. Should your order arrive damaged, please email us at hello@tiny3dtemples.com with “Damaged Item” as your subject title. If possible, attach images of the damaged item and condition of packaging.

Broken products are eligible for replacement up to 1 year after purchase date.

How do I return an item?

To initiate a return, please email us your intent and reason to return with "Return Request" in the subject. We will reply with return address. Please package the item(s) carefully. Include your name, email, and order number (emailed to you at time of purchase). Indicate on that form your preference: a refund to your credit card or store credit.

Returns should be properly insured and prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages. 

Please note that Tiny 3D Temples cannot assume responsibility for return packages not received.

Restock Fee

Please note that there is a $15 restocking fee (this includes the new shipping fee) if you simply do not want your order or you are exchanging it for a different temple.

Store Credit

Store credit is valid for up to 30 days after purchase, and is fully transferrable. This could be a gift card or exchange for a different temple.
