Win 100 Temple Ornaments Giveaway: Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor. The Win 100 Temple Ornaments Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Tiny 3D Temples LLC, 2872 N Mendoza Drive, Rexburg, Idaho 83440 ("Sponsor"). Questions can be sent to hello@tiny3dtemples.com.

2. Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible.

3. Entry period. The Giveaway begins October 8, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time and ends October 2019, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time (the "Entry Period").

4. How to enter. Visit the Giveaway page on tiny3dtemples.com and complete the entry form with your first name and email address. Limit one entry per person and per email address. Entries made with multiple or false email addresses, or by automated means, will be disqualified.

5. Prizes.

  • Grand Prize (1): 100 temple ornaments selected by the winner from Sponsor's eligible ornament list, plus one Christmas & Easter Countdown Bundle. Premium multi-layer ornaments count as two of the 100 selections. Approximate retail value: $1,150.

  • Runner-Up Prizes (5): One $100 Tiny 3D Temples gift card each. Approximate retail value: $100 each.

  • Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $1,650.

The Grand Prize winner will receive a selection form and must return it within 14 days. Prizes ship to one address in the United States. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed item becomes unavailable.

6. Prize applied to purchases made during the Entry Period. If a winner placed an order on tiny3dtemples.com during the Entry Period, their prize is applied to that order after the winner is confirmed. Grand Prize winner: Sponsor will refund the full amount of that order. Runner-Up winners: the $100 prize value is refunded toward that order. If the order total was less than $100, Sponsor will refund the full order amount and issue a gift card for the remaining balance. Orders that were cancelled or returned are not eligible. Making a purchase does not increase the chance of winning.

7. Winner selection and odds. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about October 20, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner notification. Winners will be notified by email at the address used to enter. To make sure our emails reach you, add hello@tiny3dtemples.com to your contacts and check your spam or promotions folder. A winner who does not respond within 7 days of notification will forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor is not responsible for notifications that are not received, including emails filtered to spam. Winners may be asked to confirm eligibility and, for the Grand Prize, to provide tax information.

9. Taxes. Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 for prizes valued at $600 or more.

10. Email and text messages. By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from Tiny 3D Temples. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Text messages are optional and sent only if you opt in on the entry form. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. See our Privacy Policy [link] for how we use your information.

11. Publicity. Except where prohibited, winners agree that Sponsor may use their first name and city in announcements of the winners, without further compensation.

12. General conditions. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or breaks these rules. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned for reasons beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel it and select winners from eligible entries received before that time. By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final.

13. Release and limitation of liability. By entering, entrants release Sponsor from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of a prize, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Governing law. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Madison County, Idaho.

15. Not affiliated. Tiny 3D Temples is not affiliated with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or Meta.

16. Winners list. For the names of the winners, email hello@tiny3dtemples.com after October 27, 2026.

17. Privacy. Information collected through the Giveaway is used as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy [link].
