MAD Scientist Training: Weekly Classes AND Open Shop

We are offering a New program this year that the Whole Family will Love:

For the last 3 years, I’ve offered 3D printing classes/camps here at our print shop.  I’ve tried my best to mold the next generation of Mad Scientists with engineering tools and mad skills.  This year we are opening up a whole new can of curiosity and getting the family involved.  With each monthly subscription of an individual, the immediate family will have access to the resources of our 3D shop.  Once a week we train the participants in the mad skills needed to operate 3d printers, Laser cutters, 3d modeling software, and other tools through engineering/stem projects that are awesome. Every Thursday the family is welcome to come and make their own mad experiments and creations. 

What’s included:

Weekly Class every Tuesday from 5:30-6:30pm

                The class focuses on a daily project that teaches the skills needed to operate the equipment.

Open Shop access Thursdays 4:30 to 6:30pm (we will open up later nights and possibly Saturday as demand increases)

You AND your FAMILY will have access to 3d printers, lasers, woodshop, 3d software, and The Lead Mad Scientist for guidance and consultation.

Question:  What can I do in Open Shop?

                Create home décor: Signs, framed pieces, holiday items.

                Complete a Stem project.

                Create a unique and customized gift for a friend or family member.

                Create and make toys from laser cut templates or 3d print toys

                Make items to sell on Etsy or craft fairs.

                Make a fix for a problem in the home.

                Create pass-along items for Church events or birthday parties.     

                Come and play with some of the tinker toys in the shop.

Accomplishment badges

Once the skills have been learned and proven you will gain accomplishment badges to mark your path to excellence.

Starting at $69.95 per participant/Month.  $15 Day Pass per Individual

*Participants must be turning 11 or older in 2023.

**Materials can be purchased on-site or brought from home

Brad has a Masters in Mechanical Engineering and a passion to create, innovate and design.  I’ve developed a fun-filled program that helps develop skills in those 12+
